Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Basalt from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
A Roof Replacement project touches every layer of your roof system, from decking to final shingle course, and every layer matters for how long it lasts.
We also help Basalt homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Basalt crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Basalt homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Basalt roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Basalt roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
Tear-off crew protected our landscaping better than we expected going in.
